2012 Fall Reunion
The Classes of 1967 and 1972 will return to campus on October 26-27th for the 45th and 40th reunions.  Registration packets have been mailed.  Check LongwoodLink for updates and schedule of events.

and crazy," Colleen Margiloff '97, president of
the Alumni Association, told seniors at the ceremony Sept. 13 officially opening the academic year. Margiloff did something "bold and crazy" when, after teaching kindergarten for a year in Buckingham County following her Longwood graduation, she moved to New York City where she had never lived and didn't know what she would do. Longwood offering free online class to teach workplace skills

Longwood University is offering a free online class that will teach critical workplace skills to high-school students and others.

"5 Skills You Need to Succeed: What Employers Want You to Know," is a 10-week noncredit class that begins Oct. 1. The class, which Longwood has never offered before, will help people succeed academically and professionally by teaching skills in presentation and communication, collaboration, habits of successful people, critical thinking and navigating the professional world.
